Personnel/General

In the appointment of personnel, no person shall be appointed to a position when evaluation of the person holding that position is customarily the responsibility of a close relative of the appointee. Close relative shall be understood to mean spouse, parent, son or daughter, sister or brother, mother_in_law, father_in_law, brother_in_law or sister_in_law. This policy will take effect July 1, 1979.
