3305    Obsolete Equipment

Fiscal Management/Equipment and Materials

The Superintendent shall be authorized to dispose of obsolete equipment by selling it to the highest bidder and shall report all such transactions to the School Committee.

The availability of such equipment for sale, or to be sold, shall be made known to the public.

The South Kingstown School Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
